January Update (Start of Build Season)

Welcome back Guppies!

This weekend was Kickoff! We got the game for this season and it is very fin-tastic. After the livestream we all headed into our major planning day. We spent the majority of the day brainstorming and trying to figure out details of the robot. After much deli-betta-ration we came up with a rough design that could be sketched and modeled in CAD. Then tabled our ideas and came back the following Monday. Build has now sketched out many ideas and is starting to fabricate pieces for the drivetrain. Electronics is working whaley hard on the electronics plate to be later mounted to the robot. Programming has been working on programming new code to be tested when the drivetrain is completed. For the logistics side of our pod, Team Management is working to plan our regionals this week. Media is working on blog post updates and updating the website as well as a-fish-ting with planning regionals.
